XP Days Benelux is an annual conference that explores the many facets of Agile thinking and practice. Rooted in the Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg), it serves as a meeting place for curious minds and passionate professionals who seek to learn, share, and grow together.

The event welcomes a diverse community of agile practitioners, facilitators, change agents, team leaders, product professionals, and IT experts, all dedicated to improving the way people collaborate, deliver value, and adapt to change.

XP Days Benelux was first organized in 2003 and has become a prominent event in the Agile community. It features various workshops, talks, and other activities focused on agile methodologies, software testing, software design, product ownership, and project management.

This year XP Days Benelux will take place on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th November 2025.
It will be held at Hotel Kapellerput in Heeze, near Eindhoven. There is ample parking available at the site.

🏨 Please note: Overnight stays at the hotel are not included in the ticket price. You will need to book your accommodation separately.

The conference will open its doors at 08:30 for coffee and registration, with the plenary session commencing at 09:00.
